I sat in my room this morning and told myself "I will not eat today". I ate today... a lot. My mom made all this good food, so I tried sitting in my room and keeping myself busy. Naturally, it smelled amazing. So, I thought I would just go look -- promised myself not to eat it. I ate it, and I'm too embarrassed to even say how much. I am so disgusted with myself. I feel so full. It's gross. I tried purging, but I can't do it. It's not that I won't; I really just can't... maybe I'm not doing it right? But all I do is gag, and that's it. It pisses me off. Tomorrow, I will NOT eat.
